02 Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? Orders +
We process orders quickly, so please contact us within 1–2 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. At checkout, you'll see a "Discount Code" field in the order summary panel. We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Available options at checkout:

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $24.99

06 How long does it take to process and ship my order? Shipping +
Processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) before your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed same day
  • Weekend and holiday orders begin processing the next business day
During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday season) processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We'll always notify you by email when your order ships.
07 How do I track my shipment? Shipping +
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. We partner with UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

08 My package shows as delivered but I never received it. What should I do? Shipping +
A "delivered" scan you didn't receive is frustrating β€” here's what to do first:
  • Check around your front door, mailbox, side entrances, and with neighbors
  • Ask other household members if they accepted the package
  • Wait 24 hours β€” carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered early
If the package still doesn't turn up, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll open a carrier investigation and, in most cases, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. To be eligible, products must be:
  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories and tags
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
To start a return, go to My Account β†’ Orders β†’ Request Return, or contact us with your order number. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
