02 Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? Orders +
We process orders quickly, so please contact us within 1β2 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once an order has been picked and packed in our warehouse, we are unable to modify it. β‘ Use the live chat on our site or email support@workzenlab.com β include your order number for fastest service. If your order has already shipped, you'll need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return through our standard return process.

A confirmation email is automatically sent the moment your order is placed. If you haven't received it:
- Check your spam or junk folder β emails from workzenlab.com may be filtered
- Verify that the email address you entered at checkout was correct
- Log in to your account and check My Orders to see if the order is listed
04 How do I apply a discount or promo code? Payment +
At checkout, you'll see a "Discount Code" field in the order summary panel. Enter your code and click Apply β the discount will be reflected in your total immediately. β οΈ Promo codes cannot be applied after an order is completed, and only one code can be used per order. We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Available options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5β10 business days): $5.99 β FREE on orders over $35
- Expedited Shipping (3β5 business days): $12.99

06 How long does it take to process and ship my order? Shipping +
Processing time is 1β3 business days (MondayβFriday, excluding federal holidays) before your order leaves our warehouse.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed same day
- Weekend and holiday orders begin processing the next business day
07 How do I track my shipment? Shipping +
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. We partner with UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

08 My package shows as delivered but I never received it. What should I do? Shipping +
A "delivered" scan you didn't receive is frustrating β here's what to do first:
- Check around your front door, mailbox, side entrances, and with neighbors
- Ask other household members if they accepted the package
- Wait 24 hours β carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered early

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. To be eligible, products must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories and tags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
10 My item arrived damaged or defective. How do I get a replacement? Defective +
We're sorry about that! Please photograph the damaged item and packaging immediately upon unboxing. Then reach out with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
- Your preference: replacement or full refund
11 How long does it take to receive my refund? Refunds +
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3β5 business days. After that:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Additional 3β7 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal / Shop Pay: Usually within 1β3 business days
- Afterpay / Klarna / Affirm: Per their respective refund policies
