This policy explains what personal information WorkZen Lab collects, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It applies to this website and to orders placed through it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, you provide your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details.
Payment information. Card details are entered directly into Shopify's checkout and processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only the last four digits, the card type, and whether the payment succeeded.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we receive your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, and the pages you view. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To process, fulfil, and deliver your order
- To send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and service messages
- To answer your questions and provide support
- To screen orders for fraud
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To send marketing emails, where you have opted in
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties who need it to run the store:
- Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts the site and processes checkout
- Payment processors — to take payment and prevent fraud
- Shipping carriers and fulfilment partners — to deliver your order; they receive your name, address, and contact details
- Email and analytics providers — to send notifications and measure site usage
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work (keeping your cart, keeping you signed in), plus analytics cookies that help us see which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site — including checkout — may not function correctly without the necessary ones.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of marketing at any time
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — note that we do not sell personal information

Marketing emails
If you opt in to marketing, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing us. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional messages such as order and shipping confirmations.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers
We are based outside the United States and use service providers in several countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live.
Security
Checkout is encrypted in transit and payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
